As many of you know, I decided to put my office building up for sale.  I was working half the time from my home office anyway, so it didnt' seem necessary to have an office in town.  To add to that decision was the phone book  printed my number with my corporate name, and not my business name, so you couldn't find me in there anyway!

I am still licensed to do loans, and have many different loan options available.

However, be prepared to have extremely tight lending guidelines, including high credit scores, downpayment and pretty much good everything else!
